Know What Your Sunscreen Offers
Everyone needs protection from UV rays, but with so many options, what’s the right sunscreen to use? Sunscreen needs to have a sun protection factor (SPF) of at least 15 to protect you, but high SPF doesn't mean more sunburn protection. It also doesn’t necessarily include “broad spectrum protection,” which protects you from all types of skin damage caused by sunlight.
Before heading out to the pool or beach, make sure you know more about your sunscreen. This video explains the facts behind sunscreens and UV protection.
